将地瓜(红薯)削皮后切成方便入口的大小,裹上淀粉后油炸,待熟后捞出来浇上用白糖、糖稀等调制的糖浆搅拌均匀,最后撒上黑芝麻放凉即可,是一种很美味的甜点。
