将猪肉切成薄片,用加入姜汁的辣椒酱腌制一段时间后下锅翻炒,可根据个人喜好加入洋葱、胡萝卜、苏子叶、圆白菜等。

將豬肉切成薄片用辣調味醬攪拌後拌炒而成的料理,又稱燒豬肉。根據喜好可以放入洋蔥、高麗菜等。

細切りにした豚肉を、しょうが汁を加えたコチュジャンベースの薬味に漬け込み、炒めた料理。好みで玉ねぎやにんじん、ごまの葉、キャベツなどを加える。
