热锅中倒入些许食用油,将酸泡菜和葱、蒜末等一起放入锅中翻炒即可。炒泡菜可以配米饭吃,配豆腐一起食用也十分美味。

熟成した酸味の強いキムチを、ねぎ、にんにくのみじん切りなどと一緒に食用油をひいたフライパンで炒めた料理。ご飯と一緒に食べる場合もあるが、豆腐と一緒に食べても美味しい。
