This is raw shrimp that is marinated in boiled and chilled soy sauce for two to three days. To prepare the shrimp, their antennae and tails are removed.

使用当季的鲜虾更好吃。鲜虾洗净,去除虾的须和尾,倒入烧开后防凉的酱油调味酱,发酵两到三天即可食用,尤其适合配米饭吃,十分开胃。

最好用應季大蝦,清洗大蝦,清除鬚子和蝦尾後,倒入煮沸後晾涼的醬油調味料醃製2~3天。醬生蝦味道鮮美,是非常好吃的下飯菜。

大旬の大正海老を使うと良い。きれいに洗った大正海老のひげや尾などを取り除き、煮立ててから冷ました醤油の薬味ソースを注ぎ、2、3日ほど熟成させてから食べる。
