This dish consists of sundae (pork intestines stuffed with glass noodles, vegetables, sweet rice, and coagulated pig’s blood) stir-fried with garaetteok (cylinder-shaped rice cake), cabbage, and onion and seasoned with sauce. Perilla seed powder or perilla leaves can be added to get rid of the meat smell.

在烧热的平底锅中倒入食用油,放入长条糕、卷心菜、洋葱等材料翻炒,稍后再放入血肠和调料一起翻炒。起锅前加一些黑芝麻粉或苏子叶可消除血肠的膻味儿。

在平底鍋裡倒點食用油,放入米糕條、圓白菜、洋蔥等,再放入血腸與調料一起翻炒。最後撒點野蘇子粉或蘇子葉,就能清除血腸的腥味。

油をひいたフライパンに餅、キャベツ、たまねぎなどを入れて炒め、スンデと薬味を加えてさらに炒める。薬味としてエゴマの粉やエゴマの葉を入れるとスンデの臭みを取ることができる。
