Jangguk is a beef soup made by thoroughly boiling beef with radish and bracken at low heat for a long time. Janggukbap is made by adding cooked rice to jangguk. Hot jangguk poured over cold cooked rice in a ttukbaegi makes a filling meal, with or without side dishes.

先将牛肉煮烂,放入萝卜和蕨菜等材料长时间熬煮,并调味做成大酱清汤,最后将米饭泡在清汤里就能做成大酱清汤饭。先用砂锅盛适量的凉饭,然后用滚烫的大酱清汤将凉饭烫热,热乎乎的汤饭量足味美,无需加任何小菜,就能让人吃得很满足。

先把牛肉煮熟後放入蘿蔔與蕨菜等,然後長時間熬煮並調味做成牛肉湯。把米飯用大醬清湯泡起來就是牛肉湯飯。用砂鍋盛好飯,倒入滾燙的牛肉湯浸潤一下,即使沒有別的菜也能吃得非常滿足。

牛肉をじっくり茹でた後、大根とワラビなどを入れてさらに煮込み、味を調えてスープを作る。そこにご飯を入れて食べる。おかずがなくても、土鍋に冷たいご飯を入れ、熱いスープをかけるだけで十分な食事になる。
