将来自东海的新鲜鳟鱼放在平底锅中煎烤至熟,然后放在炒饭上面,配上辣椒酱和切成丝的葱蒜一起吃即可。

把新鮮東海鱒魚煎熟後放在炒飯上面,加上辣椒醬和蔥蒜絲一起吃。

東海で獲れる新鮮なマスをフライパンで柔らかくなるまで焼く。それをチャーハンの上にのせて辛いコチュジャン、ねぎとにんにくの千切りを添えて食べる。
