This delicacy is prepared by dropping hand-pulled flour dough into boiling anchovy broth seasoned with gochujang (red chili paste) and red chili powder.

用鳀鱼熬制的清汤里加入辣椒酱和辣椒粉煮沸,然后放入面片煮熟即可,味道十分鲜辣可口。

香辣麵片湯是鯷魚湯裡加入辣椒醬與辣椒粉煮開,然後放入麵片煮熟的鮮辣美食。

煮干しの出し汁にコチュジャンと粉唐辛子を入れて煮込み、そこへすいとんをくっつかないように入れて辛めに仕立てた料理。
