Made with boiled and puréed black beans, this soup is a summer staple that is served with ice and yeolmukimchi (young summer radish kimchi) on the side.

黑豆磨成浆,漏掉豆渣后,将面条泡入豆浆中即可。黑豆汁面多在夏季食用,配萝卜缨辛奇一起吃味道更佳。

用黑豆做成豆漿,用漏網去掉豆渣後泡麵條吃。黑豆汁面是夏季美食,跟小蘿蔔辛奇一起吃會更加美味。

黒豆を細かく挽き、こした後、そのスープに素麺をからめて食べる料理。主に夏によく食べられ、大根若菜キムチと相性がいい。
