将干虾、干贻贝、干明太鱼、香菇等放在一起熬出汤并待其熟成,荞麦面煮好后倒入煮好的汤,再放上足量的辛奇辛奇丝、牛肉饼、煎鸡蛋等菜码,看起来十分丰盛美味。

用蝦、貽貝、明太魚、香菇等乾貨熬製海鮮高湯,蕎麥麵煮熟後,倒入發酵待用的海鮮高湯,再加入切絲的辛奇辛奇、牛肉煎餅、蛋皮等菜碼,看起來十分豐盛華麗。

干し海老、干しムール貝、干しスケトウダラ、しいたけなどを入れて出汁をとった魚介スープを熟成させたものに茹でたそばを加える。細切りにした白菜キムチ、牛肉のチヂミ、錦糸卵などを盛り付けると、とても華やかになる料理。
