This dish features cold noodles in kimchi soup that is made by mixing salted young radish with chopped onion, chives, pepper, garlic, and flour paste to create a broth. A popular summer dish, yeolmunaengmyeon is served with a boiled halved egg and other garnishes.

将腌制的萝卜缨跟洋葱、小葱、辣椒、大蒜等一起搅拌,加入面粉糨糊和汤水制成辛奇,然后在里面倒入冷面汤,上面放半个水珠鸡蛋,是适合夏天食用的美食特色菜。

在醃製好的蘿蔔纓辛奇裡加入洋蔥、香蔥、辣椒、大蒜等拌勻,再加入麵糊和高湯做成湯料,在湯料裡倒入冷麵湯,再把煮好的冷面和半個雞蛋放在湯裡,是一道適合夏季吃的美味佳餚。

大根若菜を塩漬けにし、たまねぎ、万能ねぎ、唐辛子、にんにくなどと一緒に和える。小麦粉の糊を加え、漬け込んだ大根若菜キムチの汁に冷麺スープを入れ、茹でた冷麺と半分に切った茹で卵をのせて食べる夏の料理。
