This dish features shredded chicken meat boiled with vegetables and edible plants and seasoned with chili pepper and sesame oil. To make it, a whole chicken is boiled, and the water is sieved and used as the both for the soup.

将整只鸡放入清水中煮熟,高汤过滤后备用。鸡肉撕成细丝,加入各种新鲜蔬菜和素菜,再放入辣椒粉和香油熬煮而成,是夏季常吃的滋补菜。

用整只雞熬湯,煮好的湯用漏勺瀝好備用,雞肉撕成細絲,在備好的湯裡加入各種蔬菜和山野菜,辣椒粉和香油煮成辣湯。

鶏肉を丸ごと煮て、その出汁をざるでこしてスープにする。小さく裂いた鶏肉と野菜、様々な青菜を加えて粉唐辛子とごま油で辛く仕上げたスープで、夏の滋養食とされる。
