This is a doenjang (soybean paste)-based soup with leaf beet. Dried shrimp or pollack may also be added, according to one’s preference.

高汤里加少许大酱,然后放入莙荙菜熬煮即可。也可根据喜好加入干虾或干明太鱼。

高湯裡放點大醬,然後放入莙薘菜做成湯。可根據喜好加入幹蝦或幹明太魚。

出し汁にテンジャンをとき、ふだん草を入れて煮たテンジャンクク。好みに合わせて干し海老や干しスケトウダラを入れて煮ても美味しい。
