黄豆芽具有丰富的蛋白质和维生素,而且容易培育,一年四季都可食用。锅中加入凉水和盐烧开,将豆芽倒入开水中煮熟,捞出后用清水冲洗并沥干水分,放入各种调料搅拌均匀即可。
