Seaweed fulvescens is pollution-free seaweed grown only in clean water in the winter. For this dish, fry oysters and minced garlic together and then add the tasty green seaweed and some water and bring to a boil. Season with soy sauce to taste.

用冬天在清静海域短暂出现的绿藻类熬煮的汤,味道十分鲜美。先在锅中倒入一些香油,将生蚝和蒜茸一起翻炒,再加入绿藻和清水熬煮,烧沸后用酱油调味。

海藻是冬季生長在清淨海岸的綠藻類植物,味道清甜,口感柔軟。鍋裡倒入香油爆蒜末,然後放入海藻與清水煮沸,用醬油調味。

カプサアオノリは冬場のきれいな海岸で短い時期にだけ獲れる緑藻類で、甘みがありやさしい味が特徴的。カキとみじん切りにしたにんにくをごま油で炒め、カプサアオノリと水を注いで煮立たせ、醤油で味を調える。
