A sweet and tangy dish of julienned white radish seasoned with vinegar, sugar, and red chili powder. Chili powder may be omitted for a milder version.

萝卜切丝后加入醋、糖、辣椒粉等拌匀即可,味道酸甜,适合配饭。也可以不放辣椒粉,拌成白色萝卜丝。

生拌蘿蔔絲是將蘿蔔切成絲後加入食鹽、醬油、白糖、辣椒粉、食醋拌成三色的酸甜小菜。

細切りにした大根に酢や砂糖、粉唐辛子などを加え、甘酸っぱく和えて食べる。粉唐辛子を省けば、淡白な仕上がりに。
