This is a doenjang (soybean paste)-based soup boiled with radish. On Jeju Island, it is made by adding garlic scapes to an anchovy- or beef-based stock. It is a refreshing soup with a deep flavor.

用鳀鱼或牛肉熬制的高汤里加入少许大酱和萝卜一起煮开即可。在济州岛,人们喜欢放鲜嫩蒜台一起熬煮,味道更加鲜爽。

鯷魚湯或牛肉湯裡放點大醬和蘿蔔一起煮開。在濟州島,人們喜歡放青蒜薹,吃起來非常鮮美清爽。

煮干しや牛肉でとった出し汁にテンジャンをとき、大根を入れて煮たスープ。済州島ではにんにくの芽を入れて煮ることもある。やさしくすっきりとした味。
