A local specialty of the Pyeongyang area, this dish is buckwheat noodles served in a chilled meat-based broth. In the past, the broth was made by boiling pheasant, but now it is made with beef and beef leg bone.

平壤地区的地方特色美食,将荞麦面放入碗中,倒入冷面汤即可食用。以前用山鸡熬制的高汤制作冷面汤,现在多使用牛肉和牛腿骨。

把蕎麥麵放入冷麵湯裡吃即可,是平壤的美食。過去用山雞湯做冷麵湯,現在則用牛肉和牛棒骨湯。

そば粉で作った麺を冷たい冷麺スープにからめて食べるピョンヤン地方の郷土料理。以前はだしに雉を煮込んだスープを使用していたが、現在は牛肉と牛骨を使用する。
