Soybean paste soup boiled with ugeoji (dried outer leaves of napa cabbage) in a beef bone or anchovy-based broth.

干白菜通常指白菜帮,用牛腿骨或鳀鱼熬制的高汤里加入少许大酱,再放入煮好的干白菜继续熬煮至熟即可。

幹白菜一般是指菜幫,在牛棒骨湯或鯷魚湯裡放點大醬,再放入煮好的幹白菜繼續熬煮片刻。

牛骨や煮干しだしにテンジャンをとき、茹でた白菜の外葉を入れて煮たテンジャンクク。
