Cleaned sea bream boiled with radish in anchovy-based broth and seasoned with chopped garlic, water parsley, crown daisy, green pepper, and salt.

用萝卜和鳀鱼等材料熬制高汤,再加入处理好的鲷鱼和蒜末、水芹、茼蒿、辣椒等调料,最后以盐调味即可。

用蘿蔔與鯷魚等熬製高湯,再將清理好的鯛魚、蒜末、水芹、茼蒿、辣椒等放入湯裡煮開,用鹽調味即可。

大根と煮干しなどでとった出し汁に、鯛、みじん切りしたにんにく、セリ、春菊、唐辛子などを加えて塩で味を調えた澄まし汁。
