Bokmaeuntang (spicy pufferfish stew) is made by placing parboiled Napa cabbage and radish in a pot and boiling with other ingredients, including broth, cleaned pufferfish, bean curd, gochujang, and red chili powder. It is an excellent dish for easing a hangover.

河豚汤将萝卜和用水焯过的白菜铺在锅底,切成块儿的河豚和豆腐等材料整整齐齐地放在上面,然后加入辣椒酱和辣椒粉等调料,再倒入高汤煮至沸腾即可。鲜辣河豚汤还有助于缓解宿醉。

鮮辣河豚湯是放入處理好的河豚和蘿蔔、豆腐等,加入辣椒醬、辣椒粉等辣調料煮出的鮮辣魚湯。

鍋に茹でた白菜と大根を敷き、ふぐと豆腐などの食材を入れたあと、コチュジャンや粉唐辛子などの薬味と肉の出し汁を入れて煮たスープ料理。二日酔いの解消にも効果的。
