To prepare this spicy soup, catfish is boiled with radish, crown daisy, sesame leaf, and water parsley and seasoned with gochujang (red chili paste). Pieces of hand-torn flour dough or ramen noodles can be added as well, depending upon one’s preference.

萝卜加清水熬成汤,再放入鲶鱼和辣椒酱、水芹、茼蒿、苏子叶等一起炖煮即可,也可根据喜好放一些面片或泡面。

蘿蔔湯裡放入鯰魚、辣椒醬、水芹、青蒿、蘇子葉等一起燉煮。可根據喜好放點麵片或速食麵。

大根を入れて煮た出し汁にナマズとコチュジャン、セリ、春菊、エゴマの葉などを入れて煮込んだスープ。好みによりすいとんやラーメンを入れて食べる場合もある。
