A stew made by boiling braised beef, zucchini, red chili pepper, and thread scallions in water and seasoned with salted shrimp. The beef maybe replaced with clam or oyster.

先将牛肉放入锅中翻炒,再倒入清水炖煮,以虾酱调味后,放入西葫芦、红辣椒、香葱继续炖煮至熟即可。可根据喜好,用贝肉或牡蛎代替牛肉。

先翻炒牛肉,然後鍋內倒水,以蝦醬調味,再放入西葫蘆、紅辣椒、香蔥燉煮。烹飪時也可以用蛤蚌肉、牡蠣代替牛肉。

炒めた牛肉に水を加えて煮込み、アミの塩辛で味を調え、ズッキーニ、赤唐辛子、わけぎを入れて煮たチゲ。牛肉の代わりに貝の身やカキを入れるのもおすすめ。
