Popular as a hangover remedy, Jogaetang is a clear soup made by boiling clams, including Asian clams and shortnecked clams, in water. The clams are prepared by soaking in salted water to purge the sand. Julienned green onions are added at the table.

一道有助于解酒的汤品。将吐净泥沙的河蚬或文蛤、黑壳蛤等洗净后放入锅中,加清水一起熬煮,等到熬出味儿的时候,再放入葱丝,味道十分清淡爽口。

蛤蜊湯是非常好的醒酒湯。把吐完沙子的蜆、花蛤、巴非蛤清理乾淨後,倒入清水煮沸,等出味後用蔥絲調味,是非常清爽的鮮湯。

二日酔いの酔い覚ましにも良いとされる料理。砂抜きしたシジミやハマグリ、アサリなどをきれいに洗って水を注いで煮立たせ、出汁が出たら千切りにしたねぎをのせて食べる。透明であっさりしたスープ。
