Kongbiji (pureed soybean) boiled with ugeoji (dried outer leaves of napa cabbage) and seasoned with salt and salted shrimp.

黄豆渣是制作豆腐时滤去浆汁所剩的渣子。将黄豆渣和干白菜一起炖煮,最后用盐和虾酱调味即可。

豆渣是指做豆腐之後剩下的渣滓。烹飪時,先將豆渣與白菜幫燉好,再用鹽與蝦醬調味即可。

豆腐を作る過程で出るおから。おからと白菜の外葉を入れてじっくり煮込んだ後、塩とアミの塩辛で味を調えるスープ。
