For this dish, soak dried pollack in water until it becomes tender and squeeze to remove any excess moisture. Cut the pollack into pieces and braise in soy sauce and other seasonings. Sliced beef is sometimes added as well.

将干明太鱼用水泡发,待变软 后挤干水分,切成适当的大小,然后用酱油等 各种调料炖烧而成。也可以放些牛肉一起炖 烧。

把幹明太魚用水泡軟,擠幹水分,然後切成大小適中的小塊,用醬油等各種調料進行燉製。也可以跟牛肉一起燉。

干しスケトウダラを水に浸けてやわらかく戻し、水気を切って適当な大きさに切り、醤油などで味付けして煮付けたもの。牛肉を刻んで加えることもある。
