For this dish, soak dried pollack in water until it becomes tender and squeeze to remove any excess moisture. Cut the pollack into pieces and braise in soy sauce and other seasonings. Sliced beef is sometimes added as well.

将干明太鱼用水泡发,待变软 后挤干水分,切成适当的大小,然后用酱油等 各种调料炖烧而成。也可以放些牛肉一起炖 烧。
