Pomfret placed in a pot with potato slices in the bottom and braised in a spicy soy sauce mixture of red chili powder, soy sauce, and minced garlic with green onion and chili pepper.

在平底锅中铺上一层土豆,将平鱼置于其上,再将用辣椒粉、酱油、蒜末做成的调味酱均匀地浇在上面,用文火慢慢炖煮,最后放上葱、辣椒即可。

在平底鍋中鋪上一層土豆,將平魚置於其上,再將用辣椒粉、醬油、蒜末製作而成的調味醬均勻地澆在上面燉煮,最後放上蔥、辣椒再煮一會兒即可。

鍋にじゃがいもをしいてマナガツオをのせた後、粉唐辛子とカンジャン、にんにくのみじん切りで作ったたれをまんべんなくかけて煮付け、さらにねぎ、唐辛子を入れて煮る。
