Fresh wild chives mixed with soy sauce, red chili powder, sesame seeds, and sesame oil. Although wild chives are often eaten in salad, they are also used as an ingredient in sauces or doenjangjjigae (soybean paste stew).

山蒜用酱油、辣椒粉、芝麻盐、香油等调料搅拌即可。山蒜可以凉拌,也可以切碎做成酱油调味酱或者做大酱锅时放一些进去。

山蒜用醬油、辣椒粉、芝麻鹽、香油等拌勻。除了涼拌,也可以切成小段,做成調味醬,或者放入醬湯裡也非常美味。

ヒメニラをカンジャン、粉唐辛子、ごま塩、ごま油などのたれで和えたもの。ヒメニラは和えものにして食べるほかに、小さく切ってカンジャンベースのたれに入れたり、テンジャンククに入れても美味しい。
