This dish is made by grilling cleaned snapper while brushing with sesame oil. Be sure not to turn the fish until one side is completely cooked, so as not to damage the skin.

将处理好的鲷鱼放到烧烤的烤架上,边烤边抹香油,直至颜色焦黄即可。鱼放上贴网后不要随意翻动,否则鱼皮很容易损坏,应该一面完全烤好后再翻身烤另一面。

清理好的鯛魚抹上香油,再用箅子烤熟。還沒熟之前老翻,會使魚皮受損,所以最好一面熟透了再烤另一面。

鯛にごま油をぬりながら焼き網で焼く。焼ける前に頻繁に裏返すと皮がくずれるため、片側が焼けてから裏返して焼くといい。
