Peeled and shredded fresh bellflower root seasoned with a mixture of sugar, vinegar, and red chili powder. This salad is often tossed with cucumbers sliced sideways as well.

生桔梗剥皮后切成适当大小,加入白糖、醋、辣椒粉等调料搅拌即可,也可以放一些斜切的黄瓜片。

新鮮桔梗去掉皮,撕成適當粗細的絲,然後放入白糖、食醋、辣椒粉等拌勻,也可以放入切好的黃瓜。

皮をむいて食べやすい大きさに切った桔梗の根に砂糖、酢、粉唐辛子などを入れて味を調えたナムル。半月切りしたきゅうりを混ぜる場合もある。
