Here, sailfin sandfish is brushed with a sauce and grilled. Salt is sprinkled on the fish some 30 minutes before grilling in order to make the flesh firm and remove the fishy smell.

银鱼收拾干净后涂抹调味酱,放在火上正反面翻过来均匀地烤熟即可。烤前撒上盐腌制三十分钟,烤出来的鱼肉更加软嫩而且没有鱼腥味,味道更加醇正。

在清理乾淨的銀魚上均勻塗抹調味汁,一邊塗抹一邊烤制。烤前30分鐘撒上鹽,就能使魚肉變得緊實,不易脫落,還能清除腥味,吃起來口感會更好。

ハタハタにたれを付けながらよく焼く。焼く30分前ぐらいに塩をふっておくと、身が崩れにくくなり、臭みもなくなってさっぱりした味わいになる。
