A local specialty of Eonyang-up, Ulsan, this dish is made by marinating beef in a soy sauce-based sauce and cooking on a grill. It is sprinkled with sesame seeds before serving.

牛肉用酱油调制的调味酱腌一会儿,入味到放在烤架上烤熟,撒上芝麻即可,是蔚山彦阳地区的地方特色美食。

用醬油醃製牛肉,然後用鐵網烤熟,最後撒上熟芝麻,是蔚山彥陽邑的地方美食。

カンジャンベースのたれに漬けておいた牛肉を汁気なしで焼き網で焼いたもの。そこにゴマをまぶして食べるオンヤンの郷土料理。
