Gim (laver) is an edible red alga that is dried on a flat surface like a piece of paper. This laver salad is made by crushing lightly toasted laver and seasoning it with a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and red chili powder.

紫菜是将红藻类红毛藻科的藻类摊成纸片一样后晾晒而成。紫菜稍微烤一下,然后捏碎,再加入用酱油、白糖、芝麻盐、香油、辣椒粉等调制的调味酱搅拌即可。

把紅藻類薄薄地平鋪之後曬乾即成紫菜。紫菜稍微烤一下,然後弄成紫菜碎,再用醬油、白糖、芝麻鹽、香油和辣椒粉做成調味汁拌勻。

のりは、赤藻類のウシケノリ科の藻類を平たくのばして紙のように薄くして干したもの。のりをさっとあぶって揉み、カンジャン、砂糖、ごま塩、ごま油、粉唐辛子を混ぜたたれで和える。
