斑鰶打上花刀,撒上盐,放在烤架上烤熟即可。秋天的斑鰶最为肥美,味道更加香嫩。

清理好的斑鰶上劃幾個刀口,撒上鹽用箅子烤熟。斑鰶是秋季盛產魚類,秋天的斑鰶油分多,所以吃起來更加美味。
