将提前撒上盐的黄花鱼放入蒸锅中,上面铺上蒜末、葱丝、辣椒粉、芝麻粒等材料蒸熟,微咸的味道和细嫩有弹性的口感,很适合配米饭。

首先將黃花魚用鹽調好味,在放上蒜末、蔥絲、辣椒粉、芝麻粒等材料,上蒸鍋蒸熟,味道微咸,富有彈性,適合搭配米飯一同食用。

あらかじめ塩で味をつけたイシモチに、にんにくのみじん切り、白髪ねぎ、粉唐辛子、ゴマなどをのせて蒸し器で蒸す。塩気のあるもっちりとした味わいがご飯とよく合う。
