This is a salad made with young and tender parboiled buckwheat leaves seasoned with a sauce and flavored with sesame oil. Buckwheat leaves are known to be effective for preventing high blood pressure.

取荞麦嫩叶,放入开水中焯一 下,捞起来用凉水漂洗,挤干水分后用调味酱 搅拌,最后放几滴香油即可。该素菜不仅味 美,而且有助于预防高血压。

清洗蕎麥嫩葉,用熱水焯一下,再用涼水沖掉熱氣,擠幹水分,用調味汁和香油拌勻。涼拌蕎麥葉有助於預防高血壓。

若くて柔らかいそばの葉をきれいに洗い、熱湯で湯掻いてから冷水ですすいで水気を切り、ヤンニョムジャンで和えてごま油を加えたナムル。高血圧の予防にも良いとされる。
