For this dish, dried julienned radish, called mumallaengi in Korean, is soaked in cold water and squeezed to remove any excess water. It is then marinated in soy sauce and seasoned with red pepper powder or some other seasoning.

将萝卜切丝晒干的叫做萝卜干。萝卜干用凉水浸泡一会儿,捞出来挤干水分后 用酱油腌制一下,然后放入其它调料搅拌,也 可放入辣椒粉或搅拌,还可以加一些辣椒叶 等。

把蘿蔔擦成絲晾乾的叫做蘿蔔乾。用涼水泡軟蘿蔔乾,擠幹水分後用醬油醃製一下,然後放入辣椒粉和各種調料拌勻,有時候也會放辣椒葉。

大根を千切りにして干したものを冷水でもどして水気を切り、醤油に漬け込んで和えるか、粉唐辛子を加えて味付けて和えたもの。唐辛子の葉などを加えることもある。
