鱿鱼去掉内脏洗净后切成适当的 大小,放入开水中焯一下,然后用调味酱搅拌 即可。东海岸盛产鱿鱼,是江原道人喜爱的海 鲜。

把清除內臟的魷魚切成適當的大小,並用熱水燙一下,然後用醋辣醬拌勻。魷魚多產自東海岸,江原道的人們非常愛吃。

ワタを取ったイカを適当な大きさに切り、沸騰したお湯で湯掻き、酢コチュジャンで和える。東海岸でよく釣れるイカは、江原道の人々に好んで食べられる。
