松茸用盐和香油调味,牛肉切成和 松茸同样大小并用酱油调味,然后将松茸和 牛肉依次轮流串起来烤制即可。

松茸用食鹽、麻油調味,牛肉用醬油汁調味,然後將松茸和牛肉依序輪流串起來烤製即可。松茸有自然松茸、洋香菇、杏鮑菇等。

塩とごま油で味付けした松茸と、松茸と同じ長さに切って薬味で味付けした牛肉を、串に交互に通して焼いた料理。
