将五花肉放在锅盖上烤着吃即可。锅盖原是铁锅的盖子,以生铁制成,最近则常被用来作为烤五花肉的烤盘。

把五花肉放在鍋蓋上烤著吃,所以叫鍋蓋烤五花肉。鍋蓋是鑄鐵產品,本來是用來蓋鍋的,最近經常被用作烤肉盤。

釜のふたに豚のサムギョプサルをのせて焼いたもの。釜のふたは本来鋳鉄で作られた釜のふたのことだが、最近はサムギョプサルを焼く鉄板としてよく使われる。
