Dongtaejeon is one of the essential dishes served for the Korean ancestor worship ceremony. It is made by seasoning frozen pollack fillets with salt and pepper, coating with flour and beaten eggs, and pan-frying.

香煎冻明太鱼片是代表性的祭祀菜。冻明太鱼片用盐、胡椒粉调味,入味后裹上面粉和蛋液用油煎熟即可。

凍明太魚煎餅是祭祀時使用的富有代表性的食物之一。首先將東明太魚脯用鹽、辣椒粉調味,然後裹上一層麵粉與雞蛋,平底鍋中放油,煎製而成。

スケトウダラのチヂミは民俗的な行事の席に登場する代表料理。塩、胡椒で下味をつけたスケトウダラの干物に小麦粉と卵の衣液をつけ、油をひいたフライパンで焼く。
