Egg-battered, pan-fried green peppers halved with seeds removed and stuffed with a mixture of seasoned ground beef and bean curd. The spiciness of the peppers makes this dish particularly delicious.

将搅碎的牛肉和豆腐加入调料搅拌均匀后,填入挖空的辣椒里,再裹上面粉和蛋液件数即可。辣椒特有的鲜辣,使味道更加清淡爽口。

在剁好的牛肉與豆腐裡加入調料攪拌均勻,辣椒去芯,然後將牛肉與豆腐填入辣椒裡面,並在辣椒外面裹一層麵粉、雞蛋,煎製即可。由於辣椒的辣味,食用時感覺非常清爽。

牛ひき肉と豆腐にたれをからめてこねたものを、種をぬいた唐辛子の中につめて小麦粉と卵の衣液をつけて焼いたもの。唐辛子の辛味が効いてしつこくない味が楽しめる。
