鸭肉放在以柞树为柴的火上熏制后烤着吃即可。可用芥末黄酱蘸着吃,也可配生蔬菜一起吃。

把鴨肉用柞木柴火薰製。跟芥末沙司和新鮮蔬菜配著吃非常美味。

鴨肉をナラの薪火で燻製にして焼いたもの。マスタードソースと生野菜を添えて食べるのがおすすめ。
