Water parsley placed in an oiled pan, drizzled with a mixture of flour, beaten eggs, water, and salt, and pan-fried. Stir-fried beef, mussel meat, and green pepper can be added according to one’s taste.

平底锅烧热后倒入食用油,将水芹整齐地摆放后,倒入用面粉和蛋液、盐搅拌而成的面糊煎熟即可,也可根据喜好放入炒牛肉和贻贝、辣椒等。

首先把麵粉、雞蛋液、食鹽和成麵糊,然後在鍋中放油,將水芹並排擺放在鍋中,再把麵糊倒入鍋中。也可以根據個人的喜好,在裡面加入炒好的牛肉、貽貝、辣椒等材料。

油をひいたフライパンにセリを並べ、小麦粉と水溶き玉子、塩を加えて作った生地を流し込んで焼く。好みにより炒めた牛肉やムール貝、唐辛子などをのせて焼く場合もある。
