Known as sanmaneul or myeonginamul in Korean, victory onion is produced widely on Ulleungdo Island. Pickled victory onion is made by fermenting victory onion in decocted soy sauce and is commonly eaten in grilled meat wraps.

茖葱是郁陵岛盛产的一种蔬菜。将茖葱叶和熬煮过的酱油及水一起放入坛子里发酵即可。吃烤肉时,用茖葱叶酱菜包着吃,味道清淡爽口,十分美味。

鬱陵島盛產茖蔥,在醃製茖蔥葉醬菜時,只需在茖蔥中倒入用水稀釋的醬油,並進行發酵即可。在食用烤肉等食物時,把茖蔥醬菜一同包起來食用,便可以享受到清爽的味道。

鬱陵島で多く生産されている行者にんにくの葉を、煮詰めたカンジャンで熟成させた漬物。焼肉を食べる際に、行者にんにくの葉の漬物で包んで食べるとさっぱりと食べられるため人気。
