将处理好的新鲜花蟹用辣椒粉等各种调味料腌制,味道鲜辣可口。抹上调味料不要放置(发酵)太久,短时间内食用味道更 佳。

鮮辣生蟹是將新鮮花蟹剁成塊後,加入辣椒粉和蔥、大蒜等調料攪拌的辣味飲食。可以和米飯一起拌著吃。

味付けケジャンは、新鮮なカニを粉唐辛子などいろいろな薬味で味付けしたスパイシーな料理。長時間発酵させて食べるより、薬味で味付けして早めに食べたほうがおいしい。
