Also referred to as hyangeohoe, leather carp is a freshwater fish known for its firm flesh and lack of fishy smell. For this dish, sliced raw leather carp is served with a vinegar-based gochujang wrapped in perilla leaves or a mustard dipping sauce.

又叫香鱼生鱼片。香鱼是一种河鱼,肉质肥美,没有腥味。生鱼片可蘸取辣椒酱或芥末酱,用苏子叶包着吃。

又稱香魚生魚片。香魚是淡水魚,肉質緊實且沒有腥味。用蘇子葉把香魚生魚片包起來,然後沾醋辣醬或芥末醬吃非常美味。

淡水魚であるカガミゴイは、身が多く肉質がしっかりとしていて、臭みがない。刺身をエゴマの葉の上にのせ、酢コチュジャンや辛子ソースをつけて食べる。
