Chives mixed into a flour batter with mussel and clam meat, squid, shrimp, and any other available seafood and pan-fried in an oiled pan. This chewy, pan-fried seafood dish is also enjoyed as a side dish with alcoholic beverages.

在烧热的锅中倒入食用油,将韭菜和贻贝、蛤蜊、鱿鱼、虾等海鲜用面糊中搅拌后,倒入锅中煎熟即可。丰富的海鲜材料不仅味道鲜美,而且有嚼头,是很好的下酒菜。

首先將韭菜、貽貝、蛤蚌、魷魚、大蝦等海鮮和上面糊,然後將鍋燒熱,倒入足量的油煎製即可。海鮮在咀嚼時口感很棒,也經常作為下酒菜食用。
