Fresh, whole white-saddled reef fish sliced and mixed with vegetables in cold doenjang (soybean paste) soup. This soup is a local specialty of Jeju Island.

雀雕鱼连肉带骨一起切细,再放入各种蔬菜和大酱作为调料的水拌生鱼片,是济州岛的地方特色美食。

將雀鯛連通骨頭一起切片,再放上蔬菜,倒入用水稀釋過的大醬食用即可。這種水拌雀鯛魚片是濟州島的鄉土美食。

スズメダイを骨ごと切り、そこへ各種野菜を加えてテンジャンを溶いて食べる冷やしスープ。済州島地方の郷土料理。
