萝卜切成丁,腌渍以后拌入辣椒粉以及葱、蒜头、生姜、虾酱等进行泡制,是喝雪浓汤的时候必配的辛奇。

蘿蔔塊辛奇是將蘿蔔切成骰子狀後用食鹽醃漬,加入辣椒粉、蔥、大蒜、生薑等調味後醃製的辛奇。

一口大のさいころ型に切った大根を塩漬けにし、唐辛子やねぎ、にんにく、生姜、アミの塩辛などを混ぜて漬けたキムチ。
